Upon receipt and approval of your Return Request, Rootly will issue you a “Return Authorization,” which shall be delivered to you via email, in the event you do not have a valid email address to receive your Return Authorization, you must follow the instructions of the Rootly representative handling your request. A copy of the Return Request should be included when you mail back any products. No returns will be processed unless and until a Return Authorization has been issued. Rootly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as such we recommend using a reputable private carrier for shipment or certified United State Postal Service packages. You are responsible for packing the product and for delivering the packed product with the affixed shipping label to the nearest [USPS/UPS/FedEx] drop off location. Please keep proof of your return in the event your package does not reach our warehouse as expected.
Please allow us 72 hours to process your return requests. Refunds may take anywhere from ten to thirty days to post to your payment method, depending on the payment method used.
